Referral platform
Septic Connect is a service-request and referral platform. We do not carry out septic or wastewater work. Independent service businesses perform all physical work.
Pricing and payment
Any inspection, pump-out, call-out, servicing, repair, parts or other charges are discussed and charged directly by the independent service provider. We do not collect service or call-out fees from customers.
No guarantee of service
Submitting a request does not create a contract for work. Provider coverage and capability vary by location and system type, and we cannot guarantee that a provider will be available in every area or timeframe.
Information on this site
Our guides are general information about New Zealand septic systems, not engineering, legal or council advice. Never enter a septic tank or work on live electrical equipment. Always follow the requirements of your regional and district council.
