About Septic Connect
Septic Connect is a service-request and referral platform for septic tank and on-site wastewater servicing throughout New Zealand.
What we do
We publish practical information about New Zealand septic systems and take service requests online. Every request is recorded, matched to a geographic area, and routed to an independent septic service business covering that area.
What we don't do
- We do not carry out physical septic work
- We do not take payment for inspections, pump-outs, servicing or repairs
- We do not publish reviews, ratings or job statistics we cannot substantiate
- We do not distribute one enquiry to multiple competing providers
Being straight with you
Independent providers set their own prices and availability. Anything you are charged is agreed between you and that business. If something is unclear, email us and we will tell you plainly how it works.
